Very pretty drive north, very nice but $5 Terwilliger Hot Springa, props to the biker server at breakfast that told me about it.
Eugene, pretty countryside, shoulda stopped and looked at birds west of Eugene, but I wanted to find a campsite.

Leave damp campground, come upon a pretty serious looking traffic accident at the main road, very pretty drive up the estuary to Florence, luck into an excellent Sunday brunch and take a ton of pix of the bridge. Meander on up to Cape Perpetua.

Darned dentist appointment on Wednesday, gotta return much faster than I would like. Excellent Umpqua Hot Springs - had to walk across a log over the river - scary! :) This is the last day of the three day weekend, so there were way too many kids hittin the hot springs on their way back to Portland. Hippies with big dogs are really annoying people.
I screwed up the gasoline thing again, did not fill up in Klamath, ended up paying $4.50/gal in Tule Lake, arg.

Blast on home, darn it. Ate bisquits and coffee at Adin again, loved it again, drove around the other side of Eagle Lake for completeness, just blasted on down the highway, and got back to Reno 3-ish.
