a little blessing for us budget RVers, a casino right on the ocean with a parking lot dedicated to (free) RV parking. The lot is not close to level, which is annoying, but everything else is very user friendly. Can walk to the beach, or any kind of amenity you might want.

I am adding this entry to tell you that this is no longer the sweet deal it used to be. The RV area is still the same, un-level hillbilly slum it was before, but now you must register in the casino to stay. There was a long list of fine print rules that seemed to say that it was free only if you'd spent so much in the casino.
Oh well, the only easy night you could depend on on the Oregon Coast is no more ... sigh.

My usual corner is quite full, but closer to the casino, on the edge of the little bluff that defines the RV area there are a lot of spaces, and I find one that is quiet and relatively dark and relatively level. woo!
kinda awful on an August Saturday night. The large lot is mostly full. I got crabbed at by creepy tweekers in a trailer for parking too close to their hitch. The generator noise is solid and neverending.
